Summer lovin'

Is there anything better in the summer than a bowl full of fresh berries topped with homemade whipped cream? I don't think so. The berries are super sweet and super cheap right now. And homemade whipped cream? I don't think I'll ever buy the kind in a can or a tub again. If you have a stand mixer, it takes no time at all to make. Add a bit of vanilla and some powdered sugar to sweeten it up and whip until stiff peaks form. Just be careful not to turn it into butter. Seriously, it's the best stuff ever.
